Most people struggle to start their goals because they don't know where to begin and feel too overwhelmed to start on their big goal and never set their goals into smaller steps

In the Planner section, adding a planner was easy for many users. As evidenced by the heatmap, a majority of users didn't face much difficulty in locating the 'Add Planner' feature.

This is a solo project that was completed 6 weeks joined Closa 6 week challenge
In these 6 weeks, I learned the importance of a small project scope. My initial scope was too large for the short timeframe, and I couldn't iterate based on user testing results within the given time.
Also knowing a clear and well-defined vision from the beginning greatly facilitates the project work process, so during the execution, I know what needs to be prioritized and what doesn't.
However, I've learned many lessons, especially the importance of asking a lot of feedback. Continuous feedback drives iterative improvements, ensuring your product evolves to meet user needs.
